π Breakfast & Pies was first known to me when I saw the must visit restaurants in Teacher’s Village in Quezon City. I never got the chance to go there because it’s very far from my place. When I knew that they opened in The Grove Pasig, I decided to go and try it out.
π Breakfast & Pies is the creation of Ed Bugia which is also co-owners of Pino and Burger Project.
Their famous pies:
Breads:
They serve all day breakfast. I’m so excited to try it in late afternoon haha
ULTIMATE BACON RICE ( Php345)
Thick-cut of bacon slabs. The bacon jam is sweet with bacon bits. For me, it’s already good without the jam.
EGGS BENNY ( Php 255)
This should be eaten at once. The eggs are runny so it won’t be delicious when eaten cold. Look at the sinful fat of bacon. Yummy!
BEEF BRISKET CORNED BEEF ( Php 255)
Big chunks of juicy corned beef
PINO ICE TEA ( Carafe Php 125)
I need some refreshing ice tea with all the meat I’ve eaten. I think I had a lot!
I ordered for their breads and pies for takeaway.
Nutella ensaymada (Php 45), Queso ensaymada (Php 55), pork pastel (Php 35), milo pastel (Php 35) and cheese roll (Php 45)
The breads are not too sweet. But nothing really stood out for me.
SMACK PIE ( Php 125)
The smack pie tasted like yema.
SMORES PIE ( Php 145)
I prefer the smores pie with good portion of marshmallows and chocolate. Yummy!
FINAL VERDICT:
