Nadai Fujisoba is not your usual Japanese style noodles that serves ramen. While ramen has hit a spot as one of the Japanese favorites here in Manila, Nadai Fujisoba specializes in udon and soba to satisfy your alternative cravings for Japanese noodle soup.
Since we wanted to have a light dinner, we ordered for two bowls of noodles for the 3 of us to share.
EBITEN SOBA ( Php 280)
Ebiten soba comes with two medium-size, crunchy and crispy Ebi tempura. We immediately remove it in the noodle soup because we wanted to retain the crisp breading rather than the soggy texture. The broth is very light in taste.
CURRY UDON
I like the chewy and firm udon noodles! But the curry soup is disappointing. The texture is very thick.
FINAL VERDICT:
Overall, Nadai Fujisoba is a nice alternative for ramen. They also have donburi rice bowls to choose from.
