The Felicidad Mansion is an event venue for weddings, anniversaries, debut, baptismal and other celebrations. It was actually a private home, renovated and turned public on 2015 but still maintaining its ancestral attributes.
This does not mean you can’t try their food when there isn’t an occasion. Fortunately, one of the smaller rooms, Cafe Taverna, is offered to walk-in customers. My aunt lives near the place and recommended it.
Cafe Taverna serves Filipino-Spanish cuisine, the room can accommodate around 30-50 guests.

What we ordered:
Wild Mushroom Soup ( Php95)
I did not expect the soup to be in this bowl given the price. It can be shared between two people 🙂 There are mushroom bits and the soup itself tastes good.
Seafood ala Pobre ( Php290)
Shrimp, squids, quail eggs with mushroom in garlic sauce
The shrimps are fresh and the serving size is just enough to share.
Binawangang Manok ( Php275)
Garlic adobo with quail eggs
Texas Ribs served with Mashed Potato & Buttered Vegetables ( Php350)
The ribs are tasty and tender, mashed potatoes is ok
Pinakbet with Bagnet ( Php 220)
Mango Crepe (Php 130)
Wished it has an ice cream on top!
Mango Turon ( Php130)
FINAL VERDICT:
Overall, the place looks elegant and it was lovely dining here. The food is great for the price! I can’t say that the food is exceptional, but all of the dishes were good.
