I used to wonder if the Crystal Jade in Greenhills and Bonifacio Global City are the same thing. It was way back when we first tried their branch in Greenhills before they got close. Comparing it now in their only BGC branch, Crystal Jade Dining In is the high end version of the restaurant.
As we enter, I felt like I was transformed in a hotel restaurant with staffs attentively assist us to our seats.
Of course, round tables are everywhere in a Chinese restaurant.
I took a picture of this cute and elegant candle holder set up at our table.
The menu has an extensive selection of Chinese cuisine. They also have roastings and dimsum pastries which are our favorites in Hong Kong.
BBQ COMBINATION (Php 800)
Despite the roastings are on the higher price compared to other restaurants, you can see the meat is carefully selected.
SOUP OF THE DAY (Php 680)
The soup of the day was the only soup for sharing. Others are priced per cup. The picture was already divided among 5 of us to share. The broth is boiled several hours making it very rich.
EGGPLANT W/ MINCE MEAT (Php 380)
FRIED RICE SCALLOP (Php 870)
This was also already divided into 5 cups. This was also delicious but I find it expensive for a rice, even though it has scallops in it.
BBQ PORK RICE ROLL (Php 180)
This is the perfect rice roll! The outer is not too thick and the asado is delicious! Also, the sweet soy sauce is addicting.
SCALLOP DUMPLING (Php 180)
This one is my favorite!
BBQ PORK PASTRY (Php 320)
The pastry covering is not thick compared to others! This one is another favorite. But I felt that it’s expensive 🙁 We used to have this in HK for half the price..or even less…
XIAO LONG BAO (Php 210)
BIRTHDAY E-FU NOODLE (Php 420) 
The noodles are flavorful, even it looks ordinary!
FINAL VERDICT:
Everything we ordered was superior and delicious! Some of the dishes may be expensive, but some are worth the price. I especially like their dimsums! It’s by far the most near I’ve tasted in Hong Kong.
