HotBox Kitchen serves Canadian-style comfort food located in Addition Hills, San Juan City. I couldn’t think of a restaurant that specializes in this cuisine so we are eager to try it.

Not your usual chicken wings. The skin is very crispy and the sweetness is just right.
HotBox Signature Burger
The burger patty is cooked perfectly (medium well) and is very juicy! I love the HB signature in the buns. The fries are also good. It’s crispy and not oily.
Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop
The pork chop is VERY VERY tender!! You can feel the quality of the meat upon slicing the pork without effort!!
Sweet on the outside and tender inside.
FINAL VERDICT:
HotBox Kitchen has limited selection in their menu because they want to focus on their specialty. They serve every dish with high quality. The entire dish I ordered was superb. I will surely be back to try other dishes.
