New York City’s “King of Barbecue” Hugh Mangum, named his restaurant after his son Quinn. Hugh was actually a musician before he started his own slow-smoking meats. Now, we are finally ready to get our hands dirty as it’s finally here in SM Megamall’s Fashion Hall, slicing up their juicy briskets to satisfy the Filipino appetite.
Mighty Quinn’s portion is as good as those for single serving or by the pound for groups. You can choose from their Brisket, Burnt Ends, Brontosaurus Ribs and Pulled Pork. Whatever you choose, everything gives you the melt-in-your-mouth tenderness of their meats.
BRISKET PLATTER (Php 1,480)
The platter includes half pound of brisket and half chicken, served with potato salad and sweet potato casserole. The serving is good for 3 persons. It also comes with dirty rice and drinks.
The brisket was fork tender! The chicken was also delicious, but I prefer the brisket.
The sides:
We ordered an additional side to try the burnt end baked beans. This was my favorite among the sides.
You can add sweet BBQ sauce to your meat.
I love the refreshing ice tea. It comes with lemon and lychee. I had a sip in the lychee and it was good!!
