Morganfield’s is an American casual restaurant known for their old fashioned barbecued pork ribs located in Uptown Place Mall BGC, Taguig.
Morganfield’s, Home of the Sticky Bones, serves truly authentic prime pork rib slow-cooked and smoked in coal and hickory wood to a tender and mouthwatering perfection, then basted with the gluey sweet and tangy hickory flavored barbeque sauce with a hint of cider.
Their Hickory Wood-Smoked Ribs have four flavors: Hickory BBQ, Garlicky BBQ, Smoked Peppercorn and Spicy Asian BBQ.
What we tried:
Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs
The ribs are big and very tender! The serving size is good to share. It is perfectly grilled so it’s crunchy on the outside but juicy inside. The sweetness of the BBQ sauce is just right.
Smoked Peppercorn Spare Ribs
This has a unique aroma of peppercorn. Again, ribs are very tender. Both flavors are good. But if I have to choose one, I’ll go for this one (Smoked Peppercorn).
Pork Ham Chops
FINAL VERDICT:
When craving for ribs, Morganfield’s is definitely the place to be. It’s very tender and juicy. They also have different flavors to choose from. It’s a bit pricey but the serving size of the pork ribs is huge.
