It was a special day so we decided to have a morning trip in Tagaytay. Searching and planning on where to eat, we settled for Breakfast at Antonio’s because we love breakfast food.
Breakfast at Antonio’s is very serious to every detail in food and service, but in a more relaxed and casual atmosphere. The place is an open restaurant so you can feel the cool breeze in the morning. The servers are very friendly and alert to your request.
They serve comforting breakfast favorites, pizza, pasta, pancakes and sweet treats. Check for their all-day breakfast menu:
At first, we had a hard time choosing what to order since we love to try everything to make sure our long trip is worth it! But of course, we can’t fill everything in our tummy so we just opt for our usual favorites.
EGGS BENEDICT WITH PANCAKES ( Php 550)
The usual eggs benedict consists of Canadian bacon, poached egg and hollandaise sauce in English muffin. But Breakfast at Antonio’s has their own version. They have pancakes instead of the usual English muffin so we tried it.
BREAKFAST STEAK (Php 985)
This is very worth it! The steak is very juicy, flavorful and melts in your mouth goodness! I can assure that the bread is freshly baked because it is warm, soft inside and a bit crunchy outside. The baked potatoes though lack seasoning.

We just need rice for the steak…
HOT CHOCOLATE
The hot chocolate is very thick and rich.
FINAL VERDICT:
I love breakfast food, but there are times when I just can’t get up on my bed early and have to skip my morning meal. But with a breakfast like this, I’ll get up early in the morning and drive all the way to Tagaytay just to eat here. As to what they say, the most important meal is breakfast.
