So here we are again at 8 Cuts Burger Blends. What drove us here is the delicious onion rings and the craving for burgers.
ONION RINGS (Php 70)
Oommm… still the best onion rings for me. The barbecue powder added flavor to the crunchy onion rings! A must order! It’s a perfect pair with your burger.
What I like about their burger: It has No Extenders and No Fillings. They are freshly ground, custom blended, seared to order.
In here, you have an option to choose your patties:
The House (Mean & Meaty): Short rib, Rib eye, Brisket
The Grass Fed (Lean & Clean): Sirloin, Round Tip, Flank, Short Plate and Chuck
Because we wanted to try both, we agreed to share our burgers.
FOUR CHEESE BURGER, GRASS FED, 1/3 lbs (Php 320)
Parmesan crusted mozzarella, sharp yellow cheddar, Monterey jack, sauce No. 3, garlic aioli and fried basil
HANGOVER BURGER, HOUSE BLEND, 1/3 lbs (Php 345)
Sugar-glazed corned beef, dijonnaise, sunny side down egg, shoestring potatoes, fried tomatoes, horseradish aioli and fried sage
FINAL VERDICT:
The House patty is meatier and flavorful, but if you want a leaner choice, opt for the grass fed burger. Both patties are good and juicy. They have many interesting special stacks to choose from. The price is also reasonable.
