Bingsu, a Korean shaved ice dessert, is becoming widely popular here in the Philippines because of the hot weather. One of the famous bingsu place is Hobing located in Bonifacio Global City.
After eating at Genki Sushi, we went around BGC Stop Pavilion to check the place. We saw Hobing and decided to have a nice dessert.
The place is very spacious and it’s a good place to hang around.
They have lots of different toppings for their bingsu to choose from. One flavor that caught my attention was Mango Cheese Bingsu.
MANGO CHEESE BINGSU REGULAR ( W/ VANILLA ICE CREAM)
( Php 195)
It was nicely presented with a generous amount of mango and cheesecake cubes. You can have the whipped cream instead of ice cream.
ICE TEA LEMON AND PEACH ( Php 60 each)
It was served in a huge glass. I prefer the peach flavor.
FINAL VERDICT:
It’s nice to try Korean bingsu here. The regular size is already huge and enough for sharing, especially if you have just eaten. They also have ice blended drinks, coffee, latte and toast. I will try different flavors of bingsu next time because the mango cheesecake is very creamy and heavy. I will try a refreshing flavor next time 🙂
