Oyasumi Ramen was the most convenientĀ ramen place for us because it was near to our house. I mentioned it from my previous post that their broth is on the lighter side. This time, we will try their new premium flavors!
The Original Menu:
The new unique flavors:
Among the four, the tonkotsu tantan and truffle is the most interesting for us.
TONKOTSU TANTAN ( Php 400)
This is their signature tonkotsu broth with an added twist. It has a mix of sweet, nutty and spicy! It’s quite different from the usual tantan we tasted.
TRUFFLE ( Php 470)
This was the most unique among the rest. It’s a fusion of Italy and Japan. It’s a mix of mozzarella and parmesan cheeses with truffle essence. The soup has a light taste of truffle. Just enough and not to empower the usual ramen we love.
FINAL VERDICT:
Both ramen were good but if I had to pick, I would choose tantan ramen over the truffle. It has a stronger and spicy taste.
