Le Petit Souffle is a restaurant that specializes in souffle, which is popular in French. Behind this concept is Pastry Chef Miko Paras, who have perfectly mastered in creating an airy, light and savory dish or dessert with souffle. Here’s our experience…
As you enter, you will be enchanted by the garden themed restaurant.
JAPANESE BEEF CURRY (Php 495)
At first, I was hesitant to scoop the souffle because it’s enjoyable to look at. It’s wiggling as you move the cast iron pan. But, the staff told us that the right way to eat this dish is to mix them all together at once.
The beef curry is delicious and it makes it even more unique because of the light, airy and fluffy texture of the souffle.
CARBONARA SOUFFLE (Php 355)
You also have to mix the raw egg yolk with the hot pasta to cook it. It was creamy and flavorful.
MATCHA SOUFFLE PANCAKE ( Php 180)
The shape of the pancake is not the usual ones we had. It’s smaller but thicker. The texture is still light and has a subtle taste of matcha.
Both the dishes we ordered were good. We agreed to come back and still try their other exciting dishes in the menu.
