Hooray!! We found a refreshing dessert to beat the heat in our hot weather throughout the year. After having lunch in the BGC area, we went to “The Forum” to have some dessert. We really went here for Korean bingsu because we heard a lot of good reviews about it.
Cafe Seolhwa is a Korean restaurant specializes in Korean bingsu. Bingsu is a popular Korean shaved ice made of milk with different sweet toppings. They also offer toasts, croissants, cakes and beverages.
They also have special economical set which you can choose from bingsu +toast, bingsu + dduk bok gi or bingsu + cake.
Because we wanted to try both bingsu and toast, we end up ordering the Strawberry Bingsu + Berry Cheese toast for Php 440.
BERRY CHEESE TOAST
The warm bread comes with blueberry jam top with strawberries, cheesecake and whip cream. It’s delicious and not too sweet. Yummy!!
STRAWBERRY BINGSU
The set comes with the small size bingsu but it’s actually good for two persons to share. This is so delicious and refreshing!! It’s creamy but not too sweet.
FINAL VERDICT:
The best bingsu I’ve tasted!! I will surely be back!
