XO 46 Heritage Bistro aims to bring traditional Filipino food to the next level. They say that the Heritage recipes are proudly preparing the food in the old fashioned way.
As we enter, we are welcomed by the staffs wearing local costumes. I was delighted by their respectfulness and fluency in Tagalog. I randomly remembered my Filipino class teaching us deep vocabulary words.
We are given colorful putos while we wait for our food. They all taste the same for me.

The lechon is so moist and the skin is super crunchy! I have never eaten lechon cooked in this way. We all enjoyed it!

FINAL VERDICT:
The food we ordered was good but not really exceptional. I still prefer the uniqueness of Locavore when it comes to Filipino food.
